Who is your culinary inspiration?The mixture of my Italian heritage , and learning to cook with my grandfather. Experienced along the way in life as I traveled throughout the United States living in Nevada. I’ve learned to hone in on Hispanic food as well!
What would you do with the $25,000?The money would help my family and some would go to a new business opportunity so that I can pursue my passion in the hospitality /culinary world !
