My family’s Halupki recipe. I started making them when I was in my early teens with my Mom. Simple but full of flavor.
Who is your culinary inspiration?It is hard to pick just one. My grandmother, mother from a very young age. I grew up in the 1960’s in a middle class family. We were always in the kitchen making homemade meals and baked goods. Professional chefs, Julia Child, Jacque Pepin, Ina Garten and of course Carla. All of them make meals that are full of flavor.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put some of the money towards remodeling our kitchen. Take a dream trip to cook in Tuscany.
