Who is your culinary inspiration?There are many chefs who I have learned from over the years. the person who shaped my life the most was my dad. He worked in so many different industries to support the 11 of us. sometimes he took a second job in a bakery. he had a passion for food but was never afforded the opportunity to fully experience his passion
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to purchase a food truck. I’d enjoy the freedom to create fresh local dishes. being able to move around and experience people from different areas.
