Who is your culinary inspiration?Carla Hall inspires me because she represents African American culture and she always cooks with joy watching her made me realize you can be successful while still being genuine and connected to your roots. That’s what I want to become someone people remember not just for the good but how the food made them feel.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it directly into my culinary business “MonaLisasKitchen” I want to expand my catering services,improve my branding , purchase professional equipment & eventually open my own place where people can experience my hard work love and passion for food. I’ve built my business from passion & hard work so winning would help turn my vision into something even greater than I can imagine.
