Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration isn’t one person—it’s the rich culinary heritage of the Lowcountry. The farmers, fishermen, home cooks, and storytellers of the South inspire me to preserve traditions while creating dishes that feel fresh and welcoming.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the prize to grow CC’s Creative Kitchen, invest in better content creation, travel to document Southern food traditions, and create more opportunities to teach, cook, and share the stories behind the recipes I love. My goal is to preserve culinary heritage while inspiring the next generation of home cooks.
