Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is my mother, who taught me that food is about bringing people together. Growing up, I was always in the kitchen helping prepare meals and watching her make sure everyone had a seat at the table. Professionally, Chef German shaped my standards by teaching me to cook with love, take pride in every plate, and never compromise quality. Together, they taught me that great food isn't just about flavor it's about hospitality, teamwork, culture, and creating memories.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into growing my culinary vision through entrepreneur training, equipment, & launching a small food truck. My goal is to expand cultural dining experiences, grow my private events business w/ elevated hors d’oeuvres & wood-fired dining, & launch Mundi Arepa a concept celebrating cultures through creative arepa fillings inspired by cuisines worldwide.
