Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Trinidadian doubles. I make the bara (similar to a small flat bread) channa (chickpeas) and homemade condiments from scratch, creating a dish that’s packed with flavour, tradition, and heart.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the people who taught me that food is more than a meal—it’s culture, connection, and love. Every dish I make is inspired by the traditions and flavours that bring people together.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it in growing my culinary brand, creating higher-quality content, and developing a cookbook that celebrates the recipes and flavours I love sharing with my audience. It would help me reach more people and continue building a community connected through food.
