Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many. Jet Tila (I am currently his sous chef), Mike Andrzejewski (my mentor), Tad Weyland (had me think outside the box), Morimoto (amazing Iron Chef).
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use the money to continue my journey of opening a unique sushi restaurant in my community. Taking my pop up concept and making it a full experience.
