Receive Text UpdatesMy wife say's beef bolognese or pecan crusted chicken with raspberry demi-glacé. At work roasted tomato, red pepper and homemade chicken sausage soup or chicken Marsala. Latin American, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Mediterranean flavors inspire my senses and taste buds.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Mom is first. Her devotion to creating meals that brought the family together for dinner has inspired my love for community and common bonds in food. Her chocolate cake for birthdays was always a fav. Stan Frankenthaler, my first chef out of school whose repertoire was amazing along with the varied techniques along with wood fired grill, oven, tandoor, and rotisserie. He was talented, kind, committed to local farms and non-profits and James Beard.
What would you do with the $25,000?My wife and I would like to take care of life costs. We would also do some home renovations which would enable us to focus on our future. I would like to look into establishing a non-profit culinary program to teach low-income adults and adults with learning differences how to cook with the eventual goal of getting a job.
