Who is your culinary inspiration?I have had a ton of inspirational figures during my career, Sean Brock definitely is huge but mostly peers that I came up cooking on the line with watching all of us grow and do different things in the industry has been amazing.
What would you do with the $25,000?We are in the process of opening the first Roman style pizza shop In Lancaster PA, the money would go a long way in helping us get open.
