What is your signature dish?

Lightly fried eggpland, topped with ground beef and tomatoes with 3 cheese topping and broiled for the cheeses to melt.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

It would have to be my mother, she made amazing dishes.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it to partner with my fiancee, who owns a cafe/gift shop in Fenelon Falls Ontario, called The Purple Boat, so I could create a fast, tasty and sugar free menu.
