Receive Text UpdatesI dont have one particular dish I am known for or frequently produce. I just love to cook, and ultimately teach cooks how to become Chefs and act as a leader not a manager. That being said, I love to prioritize food with special dietary needs in mind. Clean cooking that feels like it should be dirty and not tell the difference.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Marco Pierre White is my idol. Outside of Him, I honestly look up to the young cooks aspiring to become more that I work with every day. Teaching/Training tends to have me learn more about my abilities than I ever knew.
