Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is my jambalaya. Being from Southwest Louisiana, jambalaya is personal to me. Mine is loaded with smoked sausage, tender pork, chicken, bold seasoning, and deep Cajun flavor that tastes like home in every bite. I cook it the old school way with layers of flavor built from the pot up. It’s the dish people request over and over, and the one that truly represents what Creole Comfort is all about.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My biggest culinary inspiration was my MawMaw Lou. She taught me that great food is about love, family, and making people feel at home the second they take a bite. Growing up in Southwest Louisiana around Cajun and Creole cooking shaped everything I do today. I also draw inspiration from the hardworking people I cook for every week because seeing people enjoy my food is what keeps me pushing to get better every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it directly into growing Creole Comfort LLC and building a permanent restaurant location in Southwest Louisiana. I want to expand my kitchen, grow my seasoning line, improve equipment, and continue creating food that brings people together. Cooking started as a passion rooted in family and comfort food, and my goal is to turn that into something lasting that my community and family can be proud of for years to come.
