Receive Text UpdatesThere’s nothing like a seafood chowder. I’m proud to say I’ve won numerous competitions with the creativity I bring to the table. I love local, seasonal, and classic ingredients. But I have to say my obsession is with bivalves and mollusks of the Pacific Northwest.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My parents. Both Mom and Dad inspired me in different ways. The nostalgia of Mom’s home-cooked meals made me want to provide that same warmth to the customers I’m lucky to serve. The creativity of my Dad’s experimental recipes made me realize I could always think out of the box. The world was my oyster! I even put it in my chowders!
What would you do with the $25,000?Talk to our restaurant owner about throwing a well-deserved dinner for our staff. These guys are hard-working, talented, and deserve a day off! This one's going back to the team. I wouldn't be here without the line cooks, prep cooks, sous chefs, dishwashers, and everybody in-between.
