Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Pasta. I do traditional but also carbanara, peas and garlic, aioli, and pesto. I've tried cooking many cuisines with good results. Mediterranean, Indian, Japanese and American. Seafood is my favorite. My strombolis and spanikopita are crowd pleasers.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Alex Guanaschelli.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take some lessons in things I love but haven't mastered. SuosVide, civiche, and desserts. Or maybe a trip to Italy for some real Italian cooking that hasn't been watered down by the ingredients here in America.
