Receive Text UpdatesI honestly can't say that I have a single one signature dish. What I can say is uf you asked someone else they would all say my Mac and cheese, my pepper steak or my meatloaf burgers with homemade gravy and mashed potatoes
Who is your culinary inspiration?My late Mother and my late Grandmother were two of the best cooks in my family. Watching them and later learning recipes from my mom passed down to her inspired me. I then started to become drawn to food network where I would watch emiral lagossi, barefoot Contessa, Pat Newly, Iron Chef, and that inspired me to learn different ways and styles of cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would finally start my home catering business and write the cook book that I keep putting off.
