Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef named Dan Durick who is my mentor for 40 years. Although he is no longer with us, I learned so much from him. He was the one who helped me become a great professional chef with unbelievable taste special for sauces. He taught me how blindly to taste food and focus on the flavors and the taste of what was going on to be able to reproduce it or do the same flavors
What would you do with the $25,000?Since I am living with pancreatic cancer and have stopped teaching, I use part of this money to help my granddaughter get through college that she’s starting. She inspires me every day to live each day Fully and to walk with Jesus.
