I make everything!!! My favorite dish that I recently made was a sous vide rosemary-garlic and herbed lamb chop dish with a seared crust served alongside herbed fingerling potatoes and crisp haricot verts.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Any Chef who loves to teach just as much as they love to cook! I am not a fan of gatekeeping information to help with the growth of another individual. chef Carla is definitely an inspiration for black female chefs world wide!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my business. Paying for overhead costs like commercial kitchen space, equipment, payroll etc., is a lot as a single parent developing a financially stable future for my family doing what I love.
