What would you do with the $25,000?If I was gifted $25,000, I’d use it to build a system that makes consistent money. I’d set up online ordering and a website with Wix, invest in essential kitchen equipment, and strengthen my branding. I’d use a large portion as a down payment on a food trailer for growth and visibility, put money into marketing to attract customers, and keep a small emergency fund to stay stable.
