What is your signature dish?

Pan-Seared Salmon w/ Signature Honey Garlic Sauce, atop rice pilaf, alongside roasted lemon butter parmesan broccolini.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my mom & my grandfather (My Papa), whose love, warmth, and passion for cooking shaped every flavor I create. From comforting family meals, to cherished recipes passed down through generations, their influence lives on in every bite. Each dish I create is a tribute to the soulful cooking, hospitality, and memories we continue to share around the table.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would give $5,000 to the nonprofits I work with. I would then invest in branding and marketing, and strengthening my social media presence. I would also travel, pursuing my goals in the food critic industry, as well as continuing my goal establishing and owning a restaurant in the future. This competition would not only help me grow personally and professionally, but also allow me to create opportunities for others.
