Who is your culinary inspiration?The elders of my family I was amaze on what they could do from vegetables out from the garden, chickens and rabbits from there Farm, and the flavor ,oh my God , was just incredible. I just had to learn what they knew and how to do it
What would you do with the $25,000?Putting money back into my restaurant and taking my wife on a honeymoon trip to Naples, Italy where I learn some of what I know today
