Receive Text UpdatesI have a few signature dishes but one of my favorite is sweet and sour pork. Marinated with a selection of herbs and spice, roasted with garlic and onions then glazed with a pineapple, honey sauce that creates a shiny and flavorful coating. It is served with vegetable rice, steamed vegetables, old fashion Mac n cheese, and pasta salad. I also make a signature 'cook-up-rice', which is a traditional mainland Caribbean dish that is cooked slowly in coconut milk with peas and choice of meat(s).
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and dad. I remember my parents cooking since I was a baby.
