Receive Text Updates(Entree) A six day phó with a secret recipe broth, marinaded soft boiled eggs (I also inject the egg yolks to make a creamy flavored sauce/ adds color) along with a two day slow cooked secret recipe pork butt to melt in your mouth. (Dessert) Fluffy belgian maple waffle, fresh mozzarella, vanilla bean gelato, cranberry vinaigrette, wildflower honey, maple syrup, blitzed toasted pine nuts, and candied orange peel strips. (if you use the density levels right it can be beautiful art)
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother Hope, as a young kid growing up with a single mother and two kids while always working. Dinner together meant everything to us. She taught me how to use very little and to make something beautiful. Once we got out of the apartments, she would take me out to eat. Called it our "Mother Son date". She passed to breast cancer that spread to her bones when I was 19, she fought for 5 strong years. I know she would be proud to see the man she raised.
What would you do with the $25,000?Donate $2,500 to breast cancer awareness and $2,500 to foster children because my mother suffered in the system. Save the rest to help pay for a hood system and installation. I'm ready to create lasting memories for others in my on way.
