Homemade pasta and pizza combine everything I enjoy most about cooking. From fresh ingredients, technique and the creativity involved. Whether it’s a classic pizza, to a crazy pasta shape/dish, that is where the fun comes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother and father. Growing up I would watch food network with my grandmother, and follow whatever they were making with play dough and a plastic knife. I would watch my father run kitchens and make recipes as a child, and ultimately that would be the reference for a lot of cooking I do today.
What would you do with the $25,000?As I have a food business, Chase-N-Dogs, I would use the $25,000 to support my business, staff, and other community events/parties to bring the love of my food around the town and state.
