Who is your culinary inspiration?I originally began to cook because of my grandfather. He was my inspiration inside and outside the kitchen. As far as celebrities or well known chefs; Andrew Rea and Chef John from YouTube.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I plan to reopen our family owned and operated food truck which was named Woo’s Kitchen, LLC. Our origins began in December 2019 when we had our trailer fabricated, first event in February 2020. Government shutdown limited many opportunities for the food trucking community. However , I’m looking forward to gaining more support and spreading the word about our business.
