Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest inspiration is my mother, who passed away when I was five years old. Although I didn't get to grow up with her, her memory has stayed with me and continues to motivate me every day. I also found inspiration in watching chefs like Chef Anne Burrell and Wolfgang Puck on television, which sparked my passion for cooking and showed me what was possible through food. What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would invest it in C.S. Caters Junior Chefs Mobile Learning Kitchen, a food truck designed to bring hands-on culinary education directly to children and families in underserved communities. The funding would help purchase equipment, supplies, and truck upgrades needed to create a mobile classroom. My goal is to teach cooking, nutrition, confidence, and life skills while inspiring the next generation of chefs, empowering them to dream bigger through food.
