Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration for the culinary art started with my my father. He was a chef in a military, did a lot of cooking at home.People really raved about his food. My mother being the oldest of 13 from Deridder ,Louisiana That's where I developed my cajun roots. I was also definitely inspired by all the chef's at Le Cordon Bleu.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to receive the 25K I would definitely invest it in back into my business and my family.
