Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mom and Grandmother, as I helped in the kitchen at an early age of 9, doing prep work, dishes and cleanup. My Grandma lived across the highway from us, and she and my Aunt would bake bread daily for our large family. After joining the US Army, I learned all about large quantity cooking, and different dishes from other Countries. It continued as I later switched branches, and joined the Air National Guard. I then had an opportunity to experience dishes from the Middle East on a large scale.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would be a Blessing to win the prize money, and then use it to replace the kitchen cabinets, prep area and update appliances for prepping and preparing comforting dishes. It is an honor to show my skills and talents learned from my roots and professional training that the military taught me. Charles Hilton
