Who is your culinary inspiration?I was classically trained. I came up in the time of frugal gourmet and great chefs. my biggest influences are marco pierre white and anthony bourdain. MPW is mick Jagger hes everything a chef wants to be. Anthony Bourdain was a poet he made a chefs life have soul and purpose and makes you want to be great but know that you should never outshine your self or you crew.
What would you do with the $25,000?invest in myself and my family. ive taught my children that art comes in many forms and to experience life in all forms food music culture and not to limit yourself to 1 thing you whole life. be passionate and be firm in your convictions.
