Receive Text UpdatesThe dish that impressed the most people has been my steak you can cut with a fork. I was told it is on par with those served at big named restaurants with top chiefs cooking.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother was the one who taught me so many little things she learned while cooking in a some town café. How to slowing add seasoning until it got the right flavors. How a slow cook makes that flavor pop more and to not be afraid to try making new things.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to add to my cooking knowledge by taking a few classes in styles I have only taught myself. From there share the joy of the food that I make with others.
