Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish has to be Sliced Beef Brisket, Brisket Burnt ends, pulled pork nachos, pork belly cowboy candy, pulled pork stuffed jalapeño poppers, bacon wrapped asparagus, along with pulled pork stuffed cornbread, smoked salsa, and a california flair queso. For dessert I'll do a smoked batch of brownies or a smoked peach cobbler. Most of my inspired cooking is done outside on a BBQ/Smoker. Everything usually takes anywhere from 6 to 24 hours
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would have to be my great-grandmother Merle Cross.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would purchase all the equipment needed to start a mobile BBQ concession trailer to travel around and sell my creations to the general public. This has been a dream of mine since 9/11/2020 when I had a life changing experience.
