Who is your culinary inspiration?To be honest it’s been hard to pick there’s an insane amount of people I’ve grew up watching from cake boss with Buddy Valastros to Gordon Ramsay’s shows. They’ve shown insane dedication to there skills and brought something new to the generations my hope is to do the same. My passion stews from my family though my grandfather passed down an amazing cooking hand and I want to push myself more.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000 I would put it to my business I want to get my sweet treats out there and winning this will be a big start for me. My wish is to bring new flavors and ideas to the bakery scenes.
