I like to make pastas and marry me chicken is actually a favorite but a I like to make it with a twist. I put a specially twist on everything that I cook.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Lidia Bastianich. I grew up watching Lidia’s Italy and Lidia’s kitchen with my mom all the time, I still watch her til this day. Rick Steves’ Europe, Andrew Zimmern and more.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would make a savings for my two toddlers so that they could have a financial opportunity to be ahead and something to always have as a safety net that I can continuously add on too as they grow, and also I would invest in a new car so that we could have transportation with no issues they are growing and thriving and they will be in school soon.
