Receive Text UpdatesIt's a sauce. Called swamp sauce. It's very versatile. Can be used on meat, seafood or vegetables. Base is a variety fresh herbs. Green in color, giving it the name swamp.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I've never been to culinary school. I love all the chefs on the food network. My favorite chef is Chef Bobby Flay.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it into creating having my own catering facility in one of Baltimore’s food deserts. Use it as place to train and teach families healthy cooking options.
