Who is your culinary inspiration?My main culinary inspirations are Alton Brown, Gordon Ramsay, and Martha Stewart. Martha has balls bigger than the other chefs, is amazing with food and aesthetics, is friends with Snoop, and has served time. What a woman! Also, Carla Hall, of course!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to launch a proper website for my son (YoutTube: @tommys_treats), do a Canada-wide tour of his cookbook that is coming out in November, and for supplies for maple fudge as part of the tour, to later expand into Farmer's Markets and online.
