Who is your culinary inspiration?There are so many accomplished chefs that I follow, but my inspiration comes from my grandmother. She was known for her Sunday suppers where everyone was invited and there was never a shortage of food. Everyone who knew her says they miss her cooking since she passed. I try to carry on her legacy with simple, tasty accessible food with a finer spin on them. Not only do I cook like her, but I look like her as well.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in myself. I have always wanted to go to culinary school for fine tune my skills or travel to experience different cuisines. I was raised in the industry and have worked in it for years, but I would love to focus on honing in my skills and becoming more well rounded.
