I would say that my signature dish would be carne Asada tacos. I know a lot of people make them and it’s kind of a worldwide thing people enjoy. I visit Mexico a lot and I make really authentic Asada tacos and I love making it because I enjoyed it as well as all of my family and friends.

I would say my culinary inspiration would be my parents, from a young age. They got me really into cooking and it’s what gave me my passion for cooking baking, and all things related to culinary. They always encourage me to follow my dream of cooking and baking as they know how passionate I am about it and how much I love it. They taught me so much about food, they introduced me to all different cuisines of food growing up, I pride myself in that and learning that from them.

If I was to win this competition, I would try to open a bakery/Café with the winnings. It’s been my dream to open somewhere of my own to be able to serve fresh cooked meals people will enjoy that are my staples as well as my baked goods. Cooking, baking, and anything culinary related is my passion and I absolutely love it, it would be a dream to be able to open a place in my own!
