I like to do a range of dishes that work for the gathering. Many of my friends love my Tri-tip with chimichurri and roasted potatoes with truffle oil.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I watched Julia Child as a young person and my first cookbook was Vincent Price’s. My stepdad was a big influence with me to learn how to cook in my early teens. It was wonderful to learn cooking techniques and life lessons.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would be a thrill of a lifetime to win. I would re-model my kitchen that is badly needed!
