Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m inspired by the idea of bringing travel-inspired cooking into everyday kitchens. My dream is to create a cookbook and cooking school to help home chefs experience global flavors with warmth and confidence. Think Stanley Tucci meets Ina Garten, Italian hospitality with dishes from my travels to Paris or my local neighborhood gem.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the prize money into growing my cooking business by creating a storefront and commercial kitchen space. It would allow me to expand production of my award-winning cookies and savory English muffins while also growing my cooking school and community events. Supporting my community will always be at the forefront of what I do, and this opportunity will help me give back by teaching and by addressing food insecurity affecting families and pets.
