Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother, who grew up in Poland during WWII. Her palate is amazing and she is the best cook I have ever known. And of course, Lidia and Ina!
What would you do with the $25,000?Remodel my tiny kitchen! Take a foodie trip, and save for my cafe.
