My grandmother taught me to cook with my soul and that's how I cook. Family and friends always ask me to cook for ALL occasions. My signature dish would be Tom Kha Gai/Coconut Soup, Southern Style Crunchy Honey Chicken, or Mac-n-cheese balls. I have a lot of things that I love to cook.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many! Paula Dean first and foremost Rest In Peace Anne Burrell Jane Fonda Michael Symon and Masharu Morimoto And now Carla Hall is inspiring me to be the best!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I absolutely love combining styles and textures and genres... something that is supposed to be "Asian" could end up being "Asian/Southern" Maybe a food truck that feeds everyone... We could travel the nation, buying from local farmers and meat suppliers providing fresh local flavors with a ZING!
