I have a few signature dishes. My whole family loves my chicken Parmesan and my chicken Alfredo. As well as I make this chicken stew with homemade salsa that everyone loves.
Who is your culinary inspiration?The person who is my culinary inspiration is my great grandmother. She was the first person to show me how to cook and bake and I now always carry that on with me when I cook.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put half of it to help me go to culinary school then use some to get a new car and then save the rest to help my baking business
