Receive Text UpdatesI've had a few, like a potato crusted steak sushi roll. But one that has always sticks with me is my Polynesian Braised Short Ribs with wild mushroom risotto and red wine gastric.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration has been the diversity of culture and flavors from around the world. The different techniques form each corners of the world and finding ways to connect and unify them in a dish. And to help the next generation of chefs expand their creativity.
What would you do with the $25,000?Part would be to donate to a highschool culinary program for needed equipment. Other part would be helping my high school senior prepare for college.
