My signature dish is Seafood macaroni and cheese with firecracker salmon.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My cooking inspiration is my mom and grandma. My mom worked multiple jobs as a single mother and always made a way to cook for us. My grandma taught me to make macaroni and cheese, and now that I help care for her, I cherish those moments even more. I cook to honor their love, strength, and sacrifices.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use this opportunity to grow my business, serve my community through my passion for food, and continue creating experiences that bring people together. It would also help me support and care for my mother and grandmother while stepping into my role as the man of the house. Most importantly, I would use it however God leads me, fulfilling my purpose by helping others, inspiring people through my journey, and giving back whenever possible.
