Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is my grandmother. She taught me that food is made with love, patience, and respect for tradition.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to go back to where everything started my grandmother’s home in Lima and build a small ceviche bar inspired by the flavors, memories, and traditions that made me fall in love with cooking.
