Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Shrimp with Limoncello over Tagliatelle. To expand my menu ,Im currently focusing on Gluten free and low sodium dishes. One example would be combining Chick Pea Fussilli or Red Lentil Sedanini withYellow Squash,Zucchinni,Shiitake Mushrooms ,Sno Peas and Cilantro.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Naturally, the first person to inspire my culinary adventure was my Nonna Guadagno. After that, I like to always pick things up from all Chefs...Mario Batali to Masaharu Morimoto. Most of my dishes are inspired by Italian and Asian cuisines. Im always learning new things. Currently,Im learning new /old things from Vincenzos Plate and Gino D'Acampo.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to set up a non profit cooking school /soup kitchen. To feed the homeless as well as teach others how to prepare delicious, nutritiuos, economic meals. Focusing on old school classic ethnic staples rather than American fast foods that one cannot pronounce the ingredients.
