Steak and chicken pot pie are my signature dishes because they represent everything I love about cooking: comfort, technique, and bringing people together. Both dishes allow me to transform simple ingredients into memorable experiences that evoke nostalgia, satisfaction, and joy with every bite.

My grandmother passed away when I was young, so I never had the chance to truly grow up with her or learn from her the way I wish I could have. Cooking became my way of keeping her memory alive. Every meal I create is a tribute to the love, comfort, and connection that food can bring to a family. In many ways, the kitchen allows me to honor her legacy, turning loss into purpose and creating moments that bring people together, just as she would have wanted.

I would invest in advancing my culinary education while building the foundation for a meal-prep business focused on bringing high-quality, chef-crafted meals to busy families and professionals. The funding would help cover culinary training, equipment, licensing, and startup costs. My goal is to turn my passion for cooking into a business that nourishes people, creates community, and honors the legacy that inspired me to cook.
