The steak showcases precision and respect for quality ingredients, while the chicken pot pie reflects warmth, creativity, and tradition. Both dishes allow me to transform simple ingredients into memorable experiences that evoke nostalgia, satisfaction, and joy with every bite.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother passed away when I was young, so I never had the chance to truly grow up with her or learn from her the way I wish I could have. Cooking became my way of keeping her memory alive. Every meal I create is a tribute to the love, comfort, and connection that food can bring to a family. In many ways, the kitchen allows me to honor her legacy, turning loss into purpose and creating moments that bring people together, just as she would have wanted.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in advancing my culinary education while building the foundation for a meal-prep business focused on bringing high-quality, chef-crafted meals to busy families and professionals. The funding would help cover culinary training, equipment, licensing, and startup costs. My goal is to turn my passion for cooking into a business that nourishes people, creates community, and honors the legacy that inspired me to cook.
