Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many inspirations. Family recipes from my mother and grandmother. I live watching home chefs share their recipes and creations, it inspires me to go the same. I love watching professional chefs share their creations as well. It inspires me to try it myself and sometimes add my own twist to the recipe.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to open my own cafe. It has been a dream of mine for a long time. Crafting menus, cooking and serving my special creations to those who love food would bring me joy.
