My favorite go-to dessert is simple but a refreshing white chocolate lemon tart with a fresh any berry coulis. Perfect ending to any meal! Main meal dish would be a classic Chicken en Croute with steamed asparagus or broccolini.
Who is your culinary inspiration?There have been many throughout the years but Chef Gordon Ramsey is brilliant at everything he does and has inspired so many throughout the world!
What would you do with the $25,000?I am currently attending SUSCC and could use some to finish getting a degree because I am not eligible for financial aid. I would use the rest to start a food truck serving my tasty and homey unforgettable treats!
