Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary Inspirtation has many different faces. With roots in Dallas, Texas and deep family ties to Southern Louisiana, my first culinary inspiration came from my grandmother, Ethel Mae Durham who taught me about farm-to-table delicacies. Also, my instructure from Le Cordon Bleu, Executive Chef Ralph Laurent inspired me with techniques and learning the science behind food. But I was greatly inspired by Chef Darren McGrady, who cooked for British Royalty that trained me on high-end events.
What would you do with the $25,000?Chef’s Creations LLC (Chef’s Creations Concepts), is a vertically integrated hospitaltity company that focus on Culinary Health & Wellness. We are recognized for premium formulations that highlight terpene profiles, adaptogens, and organic ingredients, that support a range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and allergen-free edibles. With winning the $25,000.00, our use-of-funds will be dedicated to manufacturing.
